Abstract


This article aims at studying the difference between the efficiency on the staff of front and after the occupational accident, to determine the incidents of occupational accidents on the efficiency on the staff to the National Company of electrical energy in initials S.N.E.L / Lubumbashi RDC from 2010 till 2014, it based itself on the data collected on basis of the index form of evaluation of the occupational accidents of said undertaken. The data processing was made thanks to the statistical test t of Student. The main results of this study of ground, show that generally speaking, the agents lower their efficiency having known an occupational accident, because the employees who knew occupational accidents, manage to give the best of themselves.

Abstract: (french)


Cet article vise à étudier la différence entre le rendement du personnel d’avant et après l’accident de travail, pour déterminer les incidents des accidents du travail sur le rendement du personnel à la Société National D’énergie Electrique en sigle S.N.E.L /Lubumbashi RDC de 2010 à 2014, il s’est basé sur les données recueillies sur base de la fiche d’évaluation des accidents de travail de la dite entreprise. Le traitement de données a été effectué grâce au test statistique t de Student. Les principaux résultats de cette étude de terrain, montrent que d’une manière générale, les agents baissent leur rendement après avoir connu un accident du travail, car les employés qui ont connu les accidents de travail, n’arrivent à donner le meilleur d’eux-mêmes.
