Abstract


Nowadays information systems play a very important role in improving an organization's performance and its increased competitive capacity. Therefore, it is essential for organizations to decide what are the most important business processes and core competencies that have to be supported by an information system. However, recent trends in organizational development have demonstrated the importance of knowledge management, in this context; we are interested to this question: what is the boundary between information systems and knowledge management systems?

Aujourd'hui, les systèmes d'information jouent un rôle très important dans l'amélioration de la performance et la capacité concurrentielle d'une organisation. Par conséquent, il est essentiel pour les organisations de décider quels sont les processus d'affaires les plus importants et les compétences de base qui doivent être pris en charge par son système d'information. Or, les dernières tendances en matière de développement organisationnel ont démontré l'importance de la gestion des connaissances, dans ce cadre nous posons la question suivante : quelle est la frontière entre les systèmes d'information et les systèmes de gestion des connaissances?
