Abstract


The growth of logistics sector has become a priority in public policy as well as determinant factor in territorial structuring strategies. And in the global competitive environment, major economic interests are increasingly expanding while other territories have difficulty to attract the indispensable economic infrastructure for their development..
The objective of policy makers being able to attract investment, generate added value, sparking the interest of any form of settlements to contribute to the economic development of the territory.
The main purpose of this paper is to propose a multi-criteria methodology in order to judge the appropriateness of industrial facilities location demonstrating the decisive character of logistics in the industrial positioning of a territory.

Abstract: (french)


L'essor de la filière logistique est devenu un souci de première priorité dans les politiques publiques ainsi que dans les déterminants des stratégies sectoriels structurantes .Ainsi dans le contexte concurrentiel mondial, les grands centres d'intérêts économiques sont de plus en plus en expansion alors que d'autres territoires peinent à attirer l'infrastructure économique indispensable à leur développement.
L'objectif des décideurs étant de pouvoir attirer des investissements, générer de la valeur ajoutée, en suscitant l'intérêt de toute forme d'implantations à même de contribuer au développement économique du territoire
L'objectif de ce travail de recherche est de proposer une méthodologie multicritère afin de pouvoir juger de la pertinence du choix des sites d'implantations des structures industrielles toute en démontrant le caractère décisif de la logistique dans le positionnement industriel d'un territoire.
