L’objectif du présent article a consisté à mettre au point une application informatique qui permettra aux différents agents de la division de cadastre dans la ville de Lubumbashi et au Directeur des Affaires Foncières. Ladite application faciliterait l’enregistrement des informations relatives aux diverses personnes qui viennent effectuer de demande de terre, faciliter la consultation des informations, etc. Cette solution est une importance cruciale, car elle nous permettra d’éviter le problème de conflit parcellaire qui est devenu une monnaie courante dans la ville de Lubumbashi. Elle pourra permettre aussi au conservateur des titres immobiliers de faire de vérifications sur les différents lotissements qui sont disponible sans se déplacer et en temps réel.
